1. Cancellation.
a. Lock Down
• In case of Federal/Government complete lock down – 100% Credit.
b. Patron Cancellation
• More than 120 calendar days prior to event: We keep 25%
• Between 120 and 90 days prior to event: We keep 50%
• Between 90 and 60 days prior to event: We keep 75%
• Fewer than 60 days prior to event: We keep 100%
2. Smoking
a. No Smoking or vaping inside the venue.
b. Smoking outdoor is allowed.
c. No Hookah smoking is allowed outside the venue
3. Food and Beverages.
a. Outside catering and beverages are allowed
b. Consuming food and beverages outside the venue is not allowed.
c. Selling alcohol, illegal substance, tickets, or tabs is forbidden.
